This is absolutely the WORST facility I have ever gone to in my life. First appt I waited 3 hours to get in (Gurnee office). After that they canceled due to being short staffed and then called and asked where I am even though they were closed . Then they called CONSTANTLY about appt reminders, bill payments (when they never sent the bills). I stopped going. Ridiculous. Call center was in need of serious training. When I paid the bill online I got an error. Just an overall horror story.

Went to remove barely visible spider veins in the 5x5 inch area. Doc missed spots within this area. Came for Free revision. They agreed to do it for free. After a year they claim 2nd visit was full procedure want another $400. Sent to debt collector. My wife went to them in another office. It was a total mess with no specials even present. Total mess. Avoid them if you can.

My experience was great, they were very professional and friendly at the front desk, the technician that did my test was polite and the test went smoothly, the doctor that Read my results took her time to explain things to me and I walked away feeling a little less nervous and more knowledgeable..

Horrible, horrible horrible When it was just the vein clinic, I loved it now the services the doctors nobody knows what they’re doing. Horrible horrible if I didn’t have to put that one star there to write a review, I have they get zero stars

This got to be one of the most unprofessional clinic on bustleston ave. Philadelphia I went there early as my appointment was in the morning and saw how a lot of people started to come in for the same time and they started getting the white people in first even they came after and after they have a couple people inside they call me to the front to tell me that they are not equipped to treat me don’t waste your time going there trust me read all the bad reviews in my opinion they are resist unprofessional clinic that should be closed
