During my second and final treatment, Dr. Vu was very rude, at the Fairfax location, which influenced my decision to stop seeking care there. I’m also relieved I did, especially considering that they are now charging an outrageous amount to the insurance. The insurance covers only $2,038 out of the $32,000 charged, which is an inflated cost for the procedure. As a result, I now owe them $359.67 per procedure. This is insane; I haven't even had to pay that much for my two deliveries or emergency room visits. Something needs to be done about this situation.

Zero Stars!!!! This is a scam! Organized Crime! They will charge you and you will never receive a bill. They submit insane amounts to the insurance companies for mere injections. Will never respond to your emails or follow up. Con Artists.

Stay away from this clinic - Southlake location. Seriously - horrible staff!!! Drove 45 minutes for an appt only to be told I would have to reschedule my appointment - and I would not be seen because they scheduled me for an ultrasound???? I told them I had an appt to look at spider veins and that I gave all that info when I was made the appointment. I was told the people that make their appointments don’t work for them - they work for a company and it wasn’t their fault the scheduler didn’t write spider veins. I asked for a manager - was told we don’t have managers. This place is not professional - is very unethical and has very rude front desk employees…. Beware …..

The most awful place with very staff and doctors who could not care less. I walked off the operating table when I saw basic hygiene protocol was not followed. But before I did, I tried asking the doctor a question. I was told he was “too busy” to speak with me. Do yourself a favor and go to a clinic where doctors are *owners* and not just employees who could not care less about patients they operate on.

I wish I had read the other reviews before I went there. This is a scam operation. You will never get an invoice or statement. Do not pay with a credit or debit card because they will keep your information on file and use it without your authorization and for charges that they can not verify for a very large amount of money and my legs are much worse now than they were before I went there.

The doctor and staff are incredible, but to deal with the customer service and billing department is an absolute nightmare! I am currently in the middle of a bill dispute that has not been resolved. My insurance has paid them, and I have paid the balances with my Care Credit card. This past October was my last office visit after doing all my treatments. I was caught up with all my payments, but come to find out, they have sent my account to a debt collector. They say that back in February of 2024, mind you, that I did not pay $469. We have gone round and round with this because as of this. I was caught up with paying before my last office visit. Did I mention that you can't get a statement???? They sent me one finally!!!! I have asked to speak to a supervisor after they told me I owed $845, and then backtracked to $ 625. I do not trust what they say at all. As of this posting, I have not spoken to a supervisor to get an updated account!

The doctor and staff were really nice, but billing was a disaster and after several treatments I still have spider veins on my legs. I was charged a $75 "no show" fee to my card on file after arriving for an appointment that THEY cancelled because the sonographer was not available. I reached out to the billing department several times to explain the situation and request a refund and they are still giving me the run around five months later. They also send random emails that they are going to bill my card on file which do not include any details, even though I have not been there in months, and they are paid in full. The customer service is terrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone I know.
