Satisfied customer here. USA Jacket offers big discounts and have up to date designs like the Avengers jacket which i reaaally like.

I absolutely recommend USA jacket. I had ordered the guardians of the galaxy starlord jacket as a gift for my boyfriend and it didn’t quite fit him. I emailed them about the problem and they got back to me very very quickly and they were so helpful, they gave me a partial refund, a discount on my next order and I was also able to keep the jacket! The jacket quality was very nice as well, you definitely get your money’s worth.

I ordered an amazing Thor jacket based on his civilian look in Endgame but unfortunately it did not fit me. With an incredibly quick reply to my email the staff gave wonderful service with regards to this, offering me a partial refund and still be able to keep the jacket which I will likely gift to a friend. Can’t recommend USA Jackets enough!

The customer service was excellent! I was shipped the wrong jacket and was quickly refunded. Lisa was super friendly and perfect to work with.

When I first bought the jacket, there was no confirmation email which was worrying. But after contacting them via email they got back to me a day or two later and I found that the item had been shipped the day I bought it! The jacket I received was unfortunately too small, this is my fault for not reading the measurements. I found that the return process was very fast and easy, my advice is just to know your measurements! Great company, the jacket looked astonishing. Just like the pics on the website. I truly strongly recommend USA Jacket, I just also recommend checking your measurements haha!

The customer service was outstanding. They are quick to respond to my emails. They went above and beyond to make me happy with my order. The coat is a very nice quality and I recommend them to others.

I ordered the quantum realm avengers jacket and customer service was very good about getting back to me if I had any issues or questions. Great quality jacket as well, it fits and looks great.

Great customer service, would order from them again.
