The service was good and professional
The service was good and professional. It was just very unfortunate that they aren’t able to ship to my local post office which is a shame.

I ordered a jacket from USA Jacket
I ordered a jacket from USA Jacket. I didn't mind the wait for the jacket as I know custom pieces take awhile. I looked at the sizing charts and it said that a xs in sizing was equivalent to a size 0/2. I usually wear that but since it was a coat, I sized up so I could wear a sweater underneath as I was planning to wear it a outdoor event during the wintertime. I'm giving 3 stars because when I received the first jacket it was absolutely stunning. The fabric was sturdy and rugged but soft, perfect. It replicated what I wanted beautifully. Then I put the jacket on. It was snug so there was no way I could wear a sweater underneath. That's ok. I can work with that. The big problem was the sleeves. For a full coat it wore like a 3/4 sleeve on my arm. The arms were so ridiculously short. Like it was a child's coat. If it was a shirt I would just wear it that way but it was a lined coat so no rolling up the sleeves. I immediately emailed the company about the sizing. They told me I could keep the to give away and they will give my $10 credit or they could make me a new one and all I would pay was shipping. I opted to pay the extra shipping for a new coat my size. They sent me the link to pay and I did. Then they asked for my measurements. I gave them the measurements. I was happily waiting for my new coat and was surprised by the quick customer service. I was happy. They gave me my options and I chose from there. Then I got another email asking if I wanted the vest that came with the jacket or just the jacket. I told them I expected both pieces as they said I could give the other one away and what I bought was 1 jacket with 2 pieces. That makes the full jacket. I did not buy them separately so why would I expect differently. If the jacket is a big larger then the vest would have to be too. They then said I would have to pay additionally to compete the jacket. What?!? Why didn't they say that beforehand? There would be no issue if they were clear. Then they gaslit me and told it its my fault because my body is not their measurements. It's my fault because I should have kept the vest part of the jacket even though they told me I could give it away. I sent them a picture of them saying so. I told them I would not pay an extra fee. It's ridiculous to keep paying extra fees. It's clear they wanted me to pay for the full jacket again. I told them they could send whatever they wanted. They sent the new jacket express (Thank you) but the new jacket is nothing like the beautiful jacket they send before. The materials and fabric are completely different. The colors are different. It's super puffy unlike the sturdy original. It genuinely looks like they made it angrily. Again, I give them 3 stars because the first jacket was made beautifully from the look to the feel. I just wish they could have given me THAT jacket in my size and not for a child. Now I have no jacket and now a family member has a beautiful jacket from a movie and franchise they haven't even watched. I'm confused as to why they couldn't make the jacket again if they had already made it once.

great quality, good product, coupon scammed out of $50
Ordered a jacket that was a cheap knockoff from a tv show. I've don this before from other companies and it has been garbage but this showed up and the size and quality were fantastic. I love the jacket.
There was a little problem with the discount and they say they have refunded it to me. We will see.
They shorted me on the refund and only refunded me $20 instead of 20% after I asked them to give me the full 20% about 5 times. The reasons the discount was not applied was that they said to enter the code you had to checkout and then never had a spot to enter the code. Then they didn't even want to give me the discount until I gave them a 5star review and posted pics. The jacket is nice and quality but they seem to be scamming to get that extra $50. What a hassle, I probably won't order from them again.

The company will work with you, but purchase with caution ...
I've updated this review from 1 star, since the company tried to work with me. I ordered the The Knight Before Christmas Brooke Coat on 12/27/2019 for over $100. The coat itself looked good and fit well. I didn't wear it extensively until just after the 30-day period, because we had an unusually warm winter. After the first two days of wearing it, I learned that the material in the jacket BLEEDS, as it was leaving a red residue all over my neck. When I initially contacted USA Jacket about the flawed product on 2/7/2020, they would not offer me a return or exchange, because I was about 10 days out of the 30-day window. They offered me nothing initially.
I was unhappy with their response, so I quickly contacted my credit card company and also left a negative review here. I also responded to USA Jacket telling them why I thought their response was wrong. After that, they offered me $60 (almost half the price of the coat) as an apology, provided that I consider updating my review. I continued to ask for a full refund, considering the fact that the coat material bled color, and I offered to return the coat. Although they were responsive, these emails took time, since it appears we are in very different time zones. After a few rounds of emails, they offered me a full refund, less a service fee of about $19, if I would consider revising my review of their company. I had to pay the return shipping out of pocket with no reimbursement for shipping. The jacket shipped from overseas (Karachi, I believe), but I successfully shipped it back to a U.S. city according to their instructions.
This company cares about their customer reviews. It is clear to me that if I had not reviewed them negatively, I would have simply lost the money and ended up with a coat I couldn't wear. Because I wrote the review, returned the product, and eventually updated my review, I believe USA Jacket would have refunded the full amount except for the $19 service fee, but in the end we learned that our credit card company took care of it, so that I did recover the full cost. My credit card company did not give me an indication that they were going to deduct the charge so quickly. If USA Jacket had initially offered to help after my first email, I suppose I would not have contacted the credit card company, and they would have been able to collect their service fee once I returned the jacket for a refund.
Now I'm not really obligated to update my review, but I chose to give a fair, thorough review of my dealings with the company, since my initial review only mentioned the first response from the company. I originally ordered from USA Jacket because of the unique style of the coat they offered. So if they have an item you really like, you have to weigh your options and definitely try the item extensively BEFORE the 30-day period is over. If you're unfortunate enough to find a problem after 30 days has passed, the company will respond, but prepare yourself for a long, time-consuming process.

High price, cheap clothing but overall ok?
Overall the clothing is not that bad however the price I payed for my jacket and the end product was not worth the cost. It is still cheaply made but not the end of the world because it still looks ok. I ordered the M65 jacket
