I received my jacket very quickly and feel in love with it the minute I slipped it on. I ordered a size too small and had to exchange it for a larger size. I ordered a jacket for my wife from US Jackets.The first one we received was too big but the problem was solved very quickly and efficiently. The costumer service is exeptional. As for the jacket itself, the leather is great and it is very well made. It is beautiful. My wife is very happy with it.

Had a great experience with this store, I ordered their replica of the Klaus jacket from Umbrella Academy. It's a wool and leather blend with faux-shearling lining on the inside and around the collar and sleeves. It's absolutely gorgeous, clearly well made, and super comfortable (the shearling is SO soft it feels like a hug when you're wearing it). I admit I was a little cautious ordering from them but I was blown away by the quality of the coat. Customer Service is also really good. I had originally ordered a Medium but found when it arrived that it was way too big on me so they handled an exchange very quickly for an Extra Small. They're very responsive and definitely want their customers happy and in things that fit.

I ordered the Drive Scorpion jacket as a gift and it arrived quickly and just as expected. Unfortunately, the jacket turned out to be too small so I emailed customer service to order a new one and they were very kind, prompt, and extremely helpful! The opposite of automated responses: interactive, detailed, and continually providing me with options & instructions to ensure my return/refund was taken seriously and seen to completion. Lisa Amber in customer-service turned what could've been an extended headache with other companies into a breeze, time after time. So even though the jacket went back, I would not hesitate to use the website again in the future.
