Pretty damn good, mine was a bit too long but still good. my only gripe is that is hard to have it hand open without the inside liner with the pockets sticking out

The jacket/vest is beautifully made. Very durable. Love the accents on the lapels. Ordering, receiving, billing all went smooth. Only problem is the jacket/vest smells horrific. It’s been hanging in the garage for over a week now, trying to air it out. Still smells horrible. Hoping the stench dissipate soon.

A couple of weeks ago my husband ordered me a jacket. It arrived three days ago and fits nicely. Can't wait for Halloween to really wear it

I received my kingsman golden lasso jacket at an astonishing speed, given that it was made to order, with all due measurements, in little than two weeks. The orange color of the jacket is spot - on with the movie and is a great gift for my son. However, it is too small, ordering by size (XXL..) probably would have been better. I was offered a partial refund or a redo with extra p&p, i chose a partial refund. Nice client service.

I am writing this because I want to share and also provide broader context to the experience and what I feel USAJackets is trying to do... My first purchase fell short in size and fit - However the craftsmanship was there. They made a great jacket for the price in my view. Then, I asked for a return, and they gave me a counter offer; keep the jacket, and reorder with just the shipping charge. I said yes with the stipulation that we get the measurements right. I provided those measurements to USAJacket and crossed my fingers. The new jacket came and was a perfect fit. I'm so glad I was able to work with them to come to a result where I got the jacket I wanted. Great jacket for a great price. I want to also mention that what I see is a company trying to provide some pretty cool jackets for a stellar price. They may happen to be challenged by language, culture etc., but in the end, as with any business, they are trying to do better, build a business and make it work. I applaud them for working to build that business. Customer service is the edge they can provide if they continue to work with their customers to get it right. They get a thumbs up. If you're an unsatisfied customer, give them the chance to fix it. Play an active role in getting it resolved. Don't just blow up and give them a bad review. Thanks for listening.

There was a mixup on my end which caused me to receive the wrong jacket. I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly - offering solutions to the problem. Ultimately, I ended up with the jacket I wanted. If you're thinking about getting the Laurel Lance Black Stitched Leather Biker Jacket, I can tell you that I'm very pleased with it. The reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the original shipment was promised before Christmas, but didn't arrive until well after. That was super upsetting because the jacket was purchased as a gift.

The customer service is good. Unfortunately the jacket did not fit. I returned it. Had some initial issues, however, customer service came through and rectified my issues.

Great customer service by email (wish there was a phone number too) and impressive craftsmanship of product (Riverdale Archie varsity jacket). Will order again :)
