These five stars are mainly going to their customer service rather than the products themselves. One thing a customer looks for other than the product itself, is a fast responding customer service. This is what they have. Unfortunately one of their products didn’t quite meet my expectations, but they resolved the issue very professionally. This small company has potential and deserve the 5 stars.

I had a size issue with a vest and they made it right immediately. The vest is very well made and accurate. All the pockets work and everything is lined. Beautiful work.

I was VERY impressed with my coat once it was received. The fit and material was perfect and their customer service representative, Lisa , went above and beyond in answering all my questions. She was fantastic! Also......The shipping was extremely fast! I would definitely order from them again!!

Ordered the Ryan Gosling drive jacket and absolutely blown away by the quality . The price is right! Fantastic customer service. Prompt delivery. Have no hesitation in recommending using these guys

I ordered the X-Men The Last Stand Motorcycle Jacket in blue so I could cosplay as Cyclops from X2 on the 2nd of June, and was very excited to do so. I had requested that they put the logos on the jacket in the appropriate places so it was screen accurate, but however when I received the jacket on the 17th, through whatever reasons, the logos were left off the jacket. I emailed them and was swiftly replied to, which really made it better for me. For the error, they offered a partial refund and to keep the jacket. I’ve never encountered a company that stands by their product like that, and it’s a fantastic thing to deal with. Massive kudos to the USA jacket team for that. As for the actual jacket itself- aside from the mistakes, it is a TOP NOTCH jacket. It literally looks like it was made on the set of X2, and given that it’s a motorcycle jacket...it really feels like it. The X on the chest itself is a reinforced leather, which is an awesome touch and it’s very comfortable to wear. I plan on waterproofing it and wearing it as a normal jacket for winter and fall use! Keep up the good work, guys. You’ve got yourself a repeat offender— I mean customer!
