USA JacketReviews of usajacket.com

Love the customer service! I purchased the Captain Marvel Carol Danvers Flight Bomber Jacket genuine leather and ordered a size up because I wanted to be able to layer underneath. The quality of the jacket was great especially for the price but the jacket was a little tight in the shoulders. I emailed their customer service and they got back me right away. They offered to have me keep my current jacket and send out a replacement in the correct size for the cost of shipping or give me a partial refund and $10 off the cost of another jacket. Very quick responses and would definitely recommend this company for movie replica jackets.

Great product and customer service!

I am very satisfied with my order. The jacket fits nice, I love the style, and the shipping was very quick. I will be recommending to everyone I know.

Everything was exactly as advertised, free shipping, and my package arrived in just a few buisness days. Honestly I was a little nervous shopping online but these guys really know how to impress.

I have order the Stleath Suit Jacket from the Spider-Man movie and the quality is top notch for the price given. I recommend buying from US Jacket instead of eBay cheap version.

Lost in space parka The jacket arrived really quick and was provided with a tracking number and a text letting me know what was going on with the order day by day. Received the jacket in the morning and was delighted to find the jacket has really great craftsmanship and looks like it came right out of the show and I will definitely be doing business again.

Bought the fallout elder maxson battle coat after searching many other sellers and none compared to what usa jacket was showing off. When it arrived i was blown away by the attention to detail, almost 100% accurate to its ingame counterpart.

The customer service at USA Jackets is top notch! They were very responsive to my questions. I would recommend dealing with them any time you need a costume or just a fun and quality jacket. Thanks!
