Fast turn around time, helpful staff, quick responses to questions and the jacket looks absolutely amazing, the detail and comfort are going to make this jacket my regular go to in the colder months!

After a little bit of worry when their sales email address bounced, my Billy Butcher jacket arrived very promptly and is fantastic quality. Given how quickly they had their The Boys line out when the series released, I'm amazed at how spot on they got it! Would definitely buy from them again.

I needed an specialized item and was impressed by their customer service and response time. I got the jacket in the mail a few days ago and its perfect. The cut and material look real clean on the model and the shipping was quick too. Couldnt recommend theme enough

Really good jacket (better than I was expecting). Buying any cosplay-related stuff from the internet can be scary, especially when it's not a small thing or to put it simply, a full-on finished piece of clothing in this case ofcourse, a jacket. It looks good, is really good quality (lining, well-finished, sturdy.. just, really professional). Unfortunately I got a size too big (my own fault) but customer service was really quick to react and really helpful. Thanks!!

While the jacket didn't meet my expectations, the customer support was great and resolved my issues quickly

The Jacket is much better quality than I expected and customer service is top notch. The jacket was a little large for me, and customer service was able to help me and made the experience a pleasure. I will definitely order from them again.....

I order two jackets by mistake and was helped immediately with the issue. I also had a problem on my end with another jacket and was helped so graciously with the problem that I had no worries what so ever.
