After reviewing your account, we did not find any previous documentation noting roof leak concerns, so we have opened a new work order to ensure this is formally addressed. We’d like to clarify a misconception as well. While we sometimes partner with qualified installation crews, we absolutely stand behind our workmanship. Whether the installation was completed by an internal team or a subcontracted crew, our warranties remain in place and we honor them accordingly. Your concerns are important to us, and we are committed to thoroughly investigating this matter and determining the appropriate next steps.
