Great experience. Laura M. noticed that I was a return customer so they already had my foot mold on file so I got a partial refund which was excellent. I can't wait for my new insoles to arrive!

My feet are really happy with these insoles!
I had never had custom-made insoles before but the whole experience was terrific from start to finish. The instructions for the mold we're clear and the process only took a few weeks. The customer service department answered all of my questions and helped me make sure that my insoles fit properly. I love them so much I ordered two more pairs before my casual shoes. Thanks BiltLabs!!

Very pleasant initial contact.
I have been considering buying these Bilt Labs custom orthotics for quite some time now. After walking my dogs this morning, my feet hurt so bad that I told myself that today is the day. So, I reached out by email, received a prompt, courteous reply from Laura, then a phone call from her. She was so helpful and professional that I ordered right then, by phone. So far I’m very happy with the Bilt experience. Now “the proof is in the pudding”, if my custom orthotics are anything like Laura’s service, I’m sure I’ll be one happy camper! Delivery of my orthotics were returned…
Delivery of my orthotics were returned to Bilt Labs and Customer Service promptly got in touch me to resolve the situation. Laura went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care, and that my orthotics would be resent to me and delivered within the next 3 days. This is the best customer service I've received from any vendor in a very long time. Dealing with Laura at Bilt Labs has been a true pleasure. I will definitely recommend Bilt Labs to my family and frriends.
