UREVOReviews of urevo.com

Overall this product does exactly what I want. Get me miles without having to slather SPF on myself to be outside getting the same distance. It’s pretty easy to maneuver and move and I was able to connect to Bluetooth fairly easily. My one and only problem is how the Bluetooth function has to be used. If I connect my phone to my car via Bluetooth and press play on my music, it plays in my car. I don’t have to also press play in my car. I have been connected to Bluetooth and even had the app open. Started the machine from my remote, walk for an hour, yet the app didn’t register 1 step!?!?!? Why? If I’m connected via Bluetooth why would I need to press start on the app? Why is the remote not sufficient enough for the app to realize I’ve just walked 75-hundred steps? Also, in terms of shipping. So fast! Ordered late on a Tuesday, I’m talking like 10:30 at night. It was at my door by 2:30 Thursday. Very impressive.

First, I was sent an item very late, reached out for assistance, and never heard back. On top of that when I finally received the item, it was in a very damaged box and damaged inside as well. Reached out again and have been ghosted by customer service. Will never shop directly from this company again.

The product is as advertised for home use. It does everything a standard treadmill does, but smaller. We will enjoy it as long as it let's us.

Love it! It works great in any size space!

I wanna start by saying I absolutely hate leaving reviews but communication is honestly not their strong suit. So I ordered a walking pad over a week ago, thought I would treat myself to a new one. It got delivered on Monday the 6th of July and on Wednesday after taking it out the box I popped some lubricant under the belt, got the remote and tried it out. It's constantly creaking, very loudly. So I emailed the company and they asked for a video, so I sent said video and told them I want to return it as soon as possible as I can't use it due to the loud creaking (my original walking pad that isn't urevo does not creak, I have that one up in my room and thought I would keep the new one down stairs so I don't need to transport my original one up and down stairs) I get an email telling me their technical engineers are taking it very seriously and will contact me in a few days regarding the progress. What progress? It's literally within the return period, I've sent them all videos of proof and repeatedly asked to return it and they're sending me in circles. It's a brand new out the box walking pad, there shouldn't be any issues. So my next step is contacting my bank cause I shouldn't be out nearly £100 on something that is clearly faulty. I guess I'll update my review once they get back to me again.

Bought a walking pad based on the review of a well-known influencer. Opted to buy through Amazon. Swift delivery and great product. It worked well for around 12 months until the remote battery ran out. Replaced the battery, but the remote would not work. Replaced with another battery, still did not work. Contacted support, who seemed so disinterested, and even asked me to email them again after they'd been on holiday. No told that the spare parts are not longer made, so they can help no further. I would expect these machines to go on for years, not a remote control that gives up after the warranty expires. Not long lasting product and dreadful customer service. AVOID.
