UREVOReviews of urevo.com

I received my walking thread August 14 and it stoppped working last week! It won't start and I moved it to alternate outlets. I sent UREVO my request for compensation or replacement, or something. 5 emails the same message, " At the moment, we're unable to locate your order in our system. To help us investigate and provide the appropriate support, could you please send us a screenshot of your order details?" All details and photos sent, Now they have blocked my emails.

I have ordered a walking pad from them. It's way louder than they advertise. I contacted them 1.5 weeks ago to exercise my "14-day return policy" right. They keep sending me these automated messages. Impossible to contact to anyone. They simply don't read their emails and there are no phone numbers. Worst customer experience I've ever witnessed.

So, I pre-ordered the "Cyberpad for office" on the 11/10/26, and it was said to start shipping by the 13/10/26, I saw on the 15/10/26 that the stock of them was starting to drop, and I still didnt get any news on my order. I then contacted them on the 16/10/26 (Friday) before they closed their support for the weekend, and I was simply hit with "We are sorry, and I will ask for an update, and you should get a reply in 24 hours". I still haven't gotten any reply back, and no update on my order. This has to be the worst customer support I have ever had to deal with, and if I still haven't received any kind of reply by Monday (19/10/26), I will ask for a full refund; if not, I will request some kind of compensation for this delay.

Failed after a year, AI support claimed this is "normal". Their Urevo CyberPad treadmill failed after just over a year, tripping the fuse and refusing to work again. UREVO suggested a motor failure without any form of inspection or evidence, then offered just 20% off another treadmill because they have designed the product to be unrepairable. I expected much better quality and durability, and being asked to spend more money to replace such a recent purchase is unacceptable. I would think twice before buying from an anti-consumer company like UREVO again.

No communication on missing stock and outdated catalogue. I wrote twice, 1st to ask for delivery details of a specific treadmill - no one told me its out of stock. Then I purchased and waited days before asking again for status - "It is out of stock and we do not know when we will restock"

This is perfect for the price. Everything works as it should, it's quiet and just perfect. The display monitor is at feet level which is just great so you don't always look at the time and whatever which usually is at eye-level and you stare at every damn second that passes. Great features all in all. Hope it will last as long as it can!
