It was super easy to check out. We got the pieces we needed for our treadmill, and we've been using it every day with no issues. Absolutely love it so much.

I originally bought a remote that was recommended for my treadmill. The remote arrived and it wouldn’t connect to the treadmill. I called customer service and they advised that new remote would be mailed to me. The remote arrived and it was the same exact one that I already had. Now I’m still waiting for a resolution from customer service. At this moment I have a treadmill that can’t be used without a remote and I have 2 new remotes that doesn’t work with my treadmill

I think the Urevo model is well designed and works as expected. The remote works well and it is intuitive to use. I hoped the app would enable a more immersed experience, but I still believe for the price this is an excellent product

I purchased the product because I work from home and wanted to walk more instead of sitting. Since purchasing the product I’ve increased my walking time during work from 20-45 minutes all the way up to 2 hours. I can also easily use the product after dinner or while watching tv, helping me get some steps in while in the comfort of my own home.

Hello, I’ve had a problem that’s quite rare. I refused the delivery thursday 03 septembre 2026 because I wanted to cancel the purchase, but the delivery driver marked the item as delivered. I showed the videos to urevo support team that I’d taken of the delivery driver driving off with the item in his van, but since then Urevo hasn’t replied to me. Yet it’s up to Urevo to challenge the delivery company. It’s a fairly straightforward issue, but Urevo refuses to do anything about it. Even though I had the presence of mind to film the delivery driver driving off with the item, and my video doorbell recorded our exchange, in which I clearly tell the delivery driver that I’m refusing the delivery. It’s unbelievable – £429.99 down the drain because Urevo simply won’t show this damning evidence to the delivery company. ### Updates ### Today wednesday 09 september I have been refund. But I received any email from them since friday 3 september. So I guess that with the proof that i got and all the email that I sent plus the review on trustpilot I posted helped me. The name of the transporter is YunExpress and if you go in trustpilot reviews you will see that it's not rare to get this type of issues. Their rate review is today at 1.3/5 #UPDATE# Since I got a refund, I'm changing my rating.

The product had a failure, I reported it, and Urevo immediately replaced it. Exactly what their warranty promised.

Payment and Shipping was easy and fast. I needed a way to get steps in after surgery without having to go out in the extreme heat of my location. After a lot of research, I bought the Strol 2E Pro Smart Treadmill and the Foldable Treadmill Mat. I wanted a more compact treadmill that had wheels for easy moving and storage under the couch. I also wanted a treadmill that could elevate, had handles, and would allow for jogging speeds. I have used it almost every day for about a month and am happy with the purchase. It is convenient and functioning well. The manual incline and bar set up is a little tedious because of the screws- not difficult, but when you want to store it after every use, it can be a bit of a hassle to repeat. I have not tried jogging, yet, but I can tell already I wouldn't mind the treadmill being a little longer. I did buy it for the compactness, though, so I knew what I was getting. Walking is fine if I keep towards the front (I'm 5'5"), but something to consider if you are taller and want to jog. The treadmill is one of the lighter ones I found, which is great because it doesn't feel cheap, but storage under the couch is more difficult than anticipated. There are only small wheels on the very front, almost flush with the rest of the machine, so after you hit a certain angle sliding the treadmill under the couch, you are no longer on the wheel. I put it on some furniture pads, which made it a bit easier. Definitely cannot easily slide the treadmill parallel (lengthwise) under the couch, because there are no wheels on the side. You have to go in from the front of the treadmill. I put the treadmill on the pad to protect my floor, and my one complaint here is that the front screwed-in support stands have already created holes in the pad, so maybe opt for a higher quality pad. All in all, very pleased with my purchase

Ordering from the website was simple and straightforward. The treadmill is working great. However, the tracking notification was not particularly helpful. The shipment tracking service they use did not work properly, offering no details of the location in transit nor an estimated time of arrival.
