#2389761 Love the shoes and the customer service

Placed an order on Saturday that said my shoes should be arriving on Friday 8/23 based on the shipping I picked, but I haven’t received any kind of confirmation. Tried to contact customer service to see if the order had gone through/been fulfilled, and you can only leave a voicemail! I also sent an email inquiry which was supposed to cc my email on the communication & I never received that either. I’m worried that this company is impossible to contact. I really want these shoes but I’m concerned they won’t arrive. Funny enough the transaction went through immediately. After reading some of the reviews on here I’m pretty anxious that I may have lost money on this. Leaving 2 stars to see if I hear back/even receive the shoes. So disappointing.
