Apologies, but I think you must have mixed something up, because you did order a bike from us, but it was many months ago and after a few days you wanted to cancel it and so we did it immediately - we always responded to your calls and emails in time. NO RESPONSE OR BIKE
I ordered a Cruzer from a company called Urban E. I finally received the bike and is was in fair condition, the instructions to put it together could have been easier and had a better explanation. I have ridden the bike and ii is easy to handle and comfortable. I have had both knees replaced and mounting it is much easier than other bikes. I think in the long run it will serve me well.

Delivery a problem.
Hi. Trike looks great. I have yet to try it. Can’t wait to try it😊. My difficulty was with the delivery. No one helped me get trike out of the box, package or off the pallet. Physical limitations on my part leaves it impossible to do by my self. Driver refused to remove from pallet and packaging. I wasn’t even sure if trike worked. Trike looks great. My daughter who lives a bit away from me will help. I’m disappointed with delivery.

AOStirmotors 26" x 4" tires S18 1500w 48v dual suspension front/rear disc brakes; Ordered Aug 24th Received 1st (1 of 2) shipped items (e-bike) on Sep 08th Received 2nd item (battery) on Sep 22nd Wrong AC charger/cord issued in 1st item Received correct Charger/cord on Oct 01 E-bike performs well with pedal power, will charge battery to experience e-bike E-bike does look well made, hope future experiences are better !

Putting together is a nightmare
The trike is great. I haven’t had a chance to ride it much. But it is very pretty. I might have given you 5 stars but putting it together was a nightmare. The instructions might have well been nonexistent. You need to hire someone who knows how to write an instruction manual. Especially putting the brakes on. My husband tested it and he couldn’t stop. Since we live on a very steep grade not having brakes is a real problem. We are lucky he didn’t get hurt worse than he did. We watched every YouTube video we could find on it. Some were ok and some not much help. Please upgrade your manual.
