Kasie was very responsive

Very bad customer service. The insoles came after months of waiting. They were wrong and hurt my feet. After many emails because they don’t have a phone number they responded. Said they would remake my orthotics but nothing. There has to be better places for orthotics at this price.

I had forgotten to add something to my order that was important for my insoles to be more comfortable and the agent Kasie really made things smooth and very easy she was very helpful which I truly appreciated.

I’ve using my insoles for about two weeks now, it’s a little getting use to wear them, however my plantar fasciitis is so painful that I decided to wear it all the time with my sneakers because I have a mix activity of walking and sitting so I figure I’ll wear them all the time. But they seem to be doing the job. I also wanted to say that one of my pairs was bigger than the other and I reported it to the company, the process was very smooth and today I received a replacement pair without any problems. Customer service has been excellent. Hopefully these insoles in combination with the therapy I’m doing will get me back on my feet. Thank you for your excellent service and follow up.

Mary was awesome she helped me find out what my order number was gave me another order number in case that one didn't work the next time since I tried it the first time she made sure I was comfortable with everything before I got off the chat she is awesome

They have a great product that is easy to customize for your feet and any desired shoe. Customer service is easy to work with and they make sure you get exactly what you need.
