I love Upstep
I love Upstep. They have been so responsive. I realized I made a mistake when I was making my imprint. I emailed their customer service and said I would pay for the shipping for another chance if necessary. I heard back in a day and the representative said, no problem, I'll send one out right away.

Even though I didn't get the answer I…
Even though I didn't get the answer I wanted (my fault for waiting too long to order) the exchange I had with Ryan was a breath of fresh air. I am so sick of dealing with AI that I will forgo doing business with a company that uses AI chat. Ryan was knowledgeable, pleasant and had that human touch. Thanks for allowing me to get off the exchange not feeling frustrated!!
