Love Upsteps, they do wear out but after approximately 18 months. I have reordered 3 times, they fit and feel great! I always wished I could make shoes around my feet. These are the next best thing.

The insoles did not fit the shoes at all despite sending exact model information and pictures. In my opinion, as a Ironman Triathlete and marathoner (knows shoes pretty well), the cheap foam insoles were lower quality than commercial running insoles. Only 1 pair of 3 was made and has been returned. They still haven’t refunded for ANY of the pairs. Don’t use this company. Lip service from customer service at best. Now they are “reporting” my review as defamatory to trying and get it removed. Beware people, beware.
