A caring company geared to customer service and standing behind their product
This company has unbelievable customer service iI needed to change my insole size and they quickly agreed to helping with this change. When I placed my original order. They cane back asking if iII had any feet related issues which iI did from a foot accident. This company says they will make it right or you get your money back. I like that kind of guarantee!!!! Waiting for the order to be shipped.

This is the most pitiful company I have…
This is the most pitiful company I have seen in a long time. Little to no customer service and their product leaves a lot to be desired. It takes forever to get any kind of response from them. Started in August and still going on. Totally unacceptable!

Bought 4 got 1 then ghosted WTH
Love the inserts,but I purchased 4 pair I only got one, and everyone is telling me they will look into it and get back with me, this has been going on for months! These inserts are not cheap and I need them or I can’t walk without experiencing pain in my feet to the point I refuse to stand up or go anywhere, that’s why I bought 4 pair that and I wear them out but they improve them this year and I was pleased with the new design I just haven’t gotten my complete order shipped and nobody is giving answers that’s why I gave them a low score
