Having Kirsten Rizzo's personal assistance made all the difference, because I am uneasy ordering online and have made mistakes before, or forgotten a step, or had a problem getting disconnected, as I did this time trying to upload a photo. 2 months.....no product, no refund as I requested weeks ago. Same canned response about their willingness to provide FedEx shipping and a" $ 50" jar of foot cream they told me about a month ago. How many millions of people's money are they sitting on to fund this debacle? Beginning to wonder if this is a complete scam. The next FTX ?
