Although they still say "delivery within 18 business days" on their website, Upstep is already experiencing holiday delays and told me it would now be 24 business days. Upon hearing my concerns, Samantha Burk acknowledged them and the reason for the delay (due to holidays) and offered to upgrade my shipping to FedEx 2nd Day. My sore feet will last another few weeks!
