I have had these for almost 2 years…
I have had these for almost 2 years now, and by far they are the best purchase I have made. I wasted so much money on store brand insoles, and nothing helped my plantar fasciitis, until I had these made. They are holding up strong as well.

GREAT product and the service is excellent!
So far, so good. Easy to order since i've ordered from there before. The quality has been really good and I'm very impressed with them so far. I used to buy the orthotics from my Podiatrist, but they were far more $$$, and Upstep is better quality in my opinion.

Good customer service, too pricey to re-order
I would start off by saying the communication with this company is great. They give you step-by-step progress of your order and make it very easy for you to custom make your orthotics. With that said, I would not purchase again because the cost is prohibitive. There are a lot of sales in a lot of Gimmicks to entice you to order. I would just rather they lower the price.
