Terrible
Terrible! It’s been over 60 days I have not received my orthotics. They said high volume, blah blah blah…. If that’s the case they need to tell the customers before ordering! I ordered way before the Holiday season began. Will not recommend!

I never received my Upstep Custom…
I never received my Upstep Custom Orthotics foot molds. Bought them for a trip to Japan but did not receive them in time (5days from ordering) and when I returned they still have not shown up. Have a ring camera at doorbell, never sent. Paid about $140/150 USD

After I tried to buy
After I tried to buy, it wanted to offer me a second pair for $109. I said sure. I filled out *all* the info, and then at the "anything else" box it wouldn't go through. I had already given my fingerprint for payment, so it wasn't clear if I'd been charged or not. This confusing cycle of trying and failing to give y'all an extra $109 failed and so I just got the one pair, but it was frustrating and wasted a lot of time. (Also it's not clear how the "all day" versus "everyday" are built. Is one plastic and one rubber? Is one thicker? What's the difference? Can't find that info.)

Delay not explained
Questions not answered. Explanations not given. It’s now been over 2 months. Why can’t I get clear correspondence on this??? Just telling me they’re late is NOT satisfactory.

Excellent customer service
Very attentive about customer’s needs for these orthotics. Molds for the orthotics arrived very quickly.
