starting to think they are a scam
I sent my impressions back to Upstep over 6 weeks ago. No updates until I get an email that there are delays and I can track my order status. So I click the link and enter my order number. But nothing. I’m starting to think that this is scam.

Having your impression kit just 16 days and your order being in the final stages of production, we would have loved to complete your orthotics for you. Your order would have shipped within the 18 business days we offered on the website at the time of order. We wish you the best of luck.

no answer when I called no place to say…
no answer when I called no place to say I want walking not cycle orthotics or place to cancel plus did not want to have to up load pics

Hello- While our call center may be high volume at the moment due to holiday demand. We offer all of our customers live website assistance when our call center is busy. Dislike that I cannot view my order
Dislike that I cannot view my order. Dislike that when I sent a question, there is no confirmation that my question was sent to Upstep. Dislike that there is no way to login, but you have to click a link to have an email sent to you to get a new link. Last time I had a similar experience, it was a scam website, so now I'm getting suspicious.

Mary was helpful, but the website less so - for gifts.
Mary was as helpful as she could be. However, the website is not set up for gifts, which was quite confusing. I also had questions (and still do) about the difference between getting two kits vs. getting more than one orthotic from each kit.

Thank you! When we receive valuable feedback like yours, we consider it when updating our website, which we often do. If the order is for the same person, only one impression kit is needed. Whether the order is for 2 or 3 pairs, as long as the orthotics are for the same person, only one impression is needed. Furthermore, we keep all impressions on file for 5 years, making reordering easy and convenient without having to go through the process of making an impression again. If the order is for more than one person, an impression kit will be needed for each person on the order. In addition, our website has a field asking you if the pair on the order is for you or a different person. If it is for a different individual, the questionnaire will ask all the same questions again.
