I ordered orthotics from this company. Three months later, they told me my order was delayed and didn’t have any reason or justification for that. They don’t answer when you call them and don’t call back even if you leave them a voice message. I ended up canceling my order and requesting full refund to be issued. This is one of those companies that overpromises and under-delivers. A SCAM at best!

While on the upstep site, I accidently ordered the wrong type of orthotic. While on the company's web site, Kirsten Rizzo showed up in a chat box. I asked her for the correct orthotic for my sport. She made a recommendation that I liked. She went on to correct my order! Excellent customer service!

Quick customer service. Offered discount as a return customer. The quality of the orthotics was very good, supportive, and comfortable for walking and hiking. I have been using them for one year and ordering two more pairs for other shoes.

Been over 2 weeks, haven’t received my insoles yet. Terrible experience

Hi there. Our turnaround time is 24 business days. What you ordered was a pair of custom orthotics that require a design and production period. We will also have your impression on file for 5 years making reordering quick and easy.

When you order is says 28 business days, they received my impression kit on the 11th of January after ordering on January 4th. It's February 7th and they say estimated delivery delivery is march 7th. How is that 28 business days? I check the order status every day and the ship date gets pushed back a day. I'm sure tomorrow the delivery date will be march 8th! What a scam.
