I’ve had insoles that were good before, but I’ve never had insoles that supported every part of my foot from heel to toe. Truly a custom feel made just for my foot.

3 MONTHS after paying for my order, i was still getting emails saying "We appreciate your patience aa we are still working on processing you order". I finally gave up and requested a 50% discount. They only offerd a $35 credit, so i cancelled the order. Ridiculously long processing time! And BTW i have given the same 1 star review on their website and it was taken down after 1 minute, in case you're wondering how they have a perfect 5 star rating in their website and only 3 star rating here and on Amazon! Buyer beware

Worst possible decision made. Took 7 months to arrive yea months!! Used them for 30 days and they are crap. I spoke with customer service they had me ship back the orthotics which I did. They received them back within 5 days and still waiting for a refund. They told me the refund will be processed in 3-5 business days. Still nothing. They never respond to calls or emails. Total waste of time and over $300. Stay away. Go to redwings store for custom orthotics and they will stand by their product and warranty.

Product never sent. I had to contact my bank in order to get a person to talk to me. I waited three months and didn't receive anything.
