Good service and products. I don't really like the daily insoles that much, but the active ones are great. Turnaround times are long. The first pair of insoles took 2 months to get, but I get it.

Do not order from Upstep. My order was significantly delayed and you are unable to speak with a live customer service agent. When the orthotics finally arrived - the item was not what I ordered. Now I am in hell attempting to resolve the order. STAY AWAY!
