Ordered foot inserts in December, still have not received finished product. I was told my product was in production in March and would ship in one week, still have not received. Worst on-line experience ever, no customer service line, you have to leave a voice message. Returned emails keep stating that my product is going into production. Update, Upsteps response to my review asked me to reach out via email to Samantha which I did a week ago and still nothing...

Kristen is very empathetic and fully understood what I needed. I got clear instructions in regards to the additional information that was required to redo my orthotics and how to return the items that were not needed.

Kirsten Rizzo was the online representative I had the pleasure of interacting with concerning an issue I was having with my inserts. Ms. Rizzo was attentive to my needs asking all of the appropriate questions necessary to resolve my concerns. The company appears steadfast in honoring its commitment to its buyers.
