Upstep sends too many emails. Keep it simple. I don't understand why I fill out all the info and the mold, only to have you ignore all of it. You made me womens insoles, they were made too short, & your asking me to measure yet again. Does the mold not give you measurements? Seems like a gimmick. Customer service is rude and pushy at best.

I ordered a custom orthotic from Upstep a few months ago. Despite having to wait a while to have it made and delivered, they stayed in touch every step of the way and kept me updated on the process. Once I got it, I felt it was high quality but didn't quite fit right. They made some adjustments and sent back an improved version, but it still didn't fit quite right (I have flat and wide feet, so I'm guessing getting something with firm support to feel comfortable might be more of a challenge for me). In the end, I asked for a refund and after making one last suggestion for improvement, they happily agreed to provide one after I returned the orthotics. So, while it didn't work for me, I'm confident it could work quite well for others with foot pain and their helpful support made it a pleasant experience overall.
