Hi! I have been waiting for my insoles for 4-5 months. I sent an email a month ago. It stated the orders would go out within 10 days. I checked the status through FedX… no order status! I called the 1-800 number and it states to email CUSTOMER SERVICE. Done that. I just want my money back! Order number: UP200125921 Frances Christian

Mary was THE BEST! She was helpful, informative and did not put any pressure on me to make a purchase. I have extremely high arches. I also deal with alignment issues. I was fitted locally 4 weeks ago. That is "awaiting insurance approval". I'm going to cancel that and order thru here. 28-35 day turn around? With affordable pricing? I can't wait! I will post an update once my order arrives.

After a bumpy initial order process, I decided to reach back out to Upstep after it was clear that my insoles were not helping my foot pain. I got a quick response from Customer Support and a Podiatrist, who sent out my replacement insoles finetuned to my foot issues (leg length discrepancy and overpronation.) They came on my birthday with extra inserts and a note explaining how to use them! I wore them to work a six-hour shift in NYC and experienced no foot pain! Thank you so much!
