We want to clarify our process for requesting reviews. We never seek product reviews before your orthotics are shipped. Instead, we kindly request a customer care review. We're genuinely interested in understanding your experience when placing an order and whether you had the chance to engage with one of our agents. Please be assured that Upstep is a legitimate and trustworthy company, and your new orthotics will be on their way to you as planned.
