KASIE was great
KASIE was great, the time to receive the product is atrocious. Its been a month, and I was emailed today telling me I won't receive it for another 2.5 weeks. However, the charge to my credit card happened in a very timely manner. 1 day.

I brought up a concern with my insoles…
I brought up a concern with my insoles and was immediately offered to remake the insoles. I just received them yesterday, so I want to try them out a bit before taking this step, but Kasey was helpful and ready to jump into action to make sure I was satisfied.

I waited several weeks to review my…
I waited several weeks to review my upstep orthotics. I’ve worn orthotics since high school and as a retiree, I felt my feet and knees were telling me things were changing. Since my insurance doesn’t cover orthotics, I decided to use my HSA account to try Upstep. I’m pleased to say that I’m impressed with the orthotics. It took a few days to break them In, but I’m walking pain free again. My feet and knee thank you.
