Great customer service
I like the fact that these are custom made orthotics. I also liked the fact that Mary answered all my questions in a very professional yet friendly manner. Your customer service, if they are all like Mary, will give you a five star rating any time in my book.

Order Status
All of the questions I had were answered by Mary during our chat as to expected shipping. Shipping times are longer than I expected however she gave me an answer without any excuse. I would like to have gotten them sooner but at least I know when to expect them now.
