Repeat customer happiness
This is the 3rd time I have returned to Upstep to buy my custom orthotics. The product is amazing and process of 'buy again' is efficient.

Had a problem with ordering my insoles
Had a problem with ordering my insoles. If you are a woman with larger than a size 11 foot, you need to say you are a man to get the correct insole for the larger size.

Takes to long to recieve the product. Still waiting
There was no mention of the length of time it would take to create my Orthodics. There have now been 2 delays so far and I paid for the product 30 days ago

Hello Doug- thank you for your order. Upon ordering, our website states the turnaround time from the day we receive the impression kit. We received your kit on 10/17. Your orthotics are in the final stages of production and are scheduled to ship on time within 2 weeks. Thank you again!

I liked every step of the order online…
I liked every step of the order online process. It was easy but very thorough. Now I am waiting for my Upstep Custom insoles. :-)

Customer care organization. Fantastic Organization!
I appreciate the fact that your care specialist informed me that my diabetic condition recommends not to purchase their product. It is wonderful to know that there are businesses that care about their customer so much that they would be professional enough to not sell me something that could potentially do more harm than good.
