I have been waiting six weeks for these orthotics and have sent multiple messages and left multiple voicemails. I have never received a call back and the only responses I have received to my emails are pre formulated emails that don’t address when my order will ship. I have spent nearly $400 to basically get told nothing and have no idea when I will see this order. Will never order from this company again solely based on the customer service aspect.
