Great Customer service
Very easy to follow site to answer questions about your feet so the orthotics are right for you. Had a question about what time of day to do my orthotics. They answered in a few minutes.

Excellent service
Excellent service, but prices are too expensive for repeat orders. This is why I have not been a repeat customer. The rep I worked with was as helpful as possible, but I ended up purchasing insoles with Arch support from New Balance at $54.00 each; maybe not as good as custom, but they more than do the job at a fraction of the price. I felt bad not giving an order to the rep because they were so kind.

Kasie was awesome!
Kasie was awesome! I was just looking at gathering some information and she was responsive and quick. I am hopeful that if I need to proceed with orthotics this will be the one I go for!
