I am VERY skeptical of the claims being…
I am VERY skeptical of the claims being made by Upstep. I have tried everything. Based on my chat with Mary, I will go ahead and try ordering. Fingers crossed that this company does what it says it will do. My right foot is a total mess and the left is only a bit better. We will see.

Great experience!

Never received product
I returned my impression for my orthotics in October 2023. They said it takes 30 days to make them. I have emailed multiple times and have received the same message saying it would be 10-12 business days before they can ship them but will upgrade shipping to 2 days. As of 1/3/24, I have yet received another email saying the exact same thing. I think this company is a scam!

Kasie was so helpful at updating notes for some specifics I have about my feet! I was also excited to learn I have 180 days to try them to make sure they are right for me.

EZ ordering
