I ordered two pairs of the Sports version of the Upsteps. When they arrived, they took up a lot of room in my shoes and were not very comfortable to wear. But thanks to the extremely helpful and speedy customer service, I got a free replacement in which the manufacturing team listened to my complaints and made the perfect insoles for me that are very comfortable to wear now and support my feet as I need it. The quality is great and I'm sure they'll last a while. The customer service even arranged a different shipping date so I was sure I could be home and receive the package. Great experience!

Ordering process for returning customers appears to have issues. Placing an order using existing impressions is taking a lot longer than prior orders, while links for add'l insole information are not working.

When asked for photos of inserts and shoes, there were only 3 boxes to download pictures, yet request showed request for 4 or more, plus I had a podiatrist “prescription” that I wanted to download
