Really impressed with Upstep
Really impressed with Upstep's many options to select my foot issues. Plus, responsive to questions before ordering then asking for even more specifics on my feet and asked for pics of current shoes. They have collected more information than my podiatrists did for past orthotics. I'm looking forward to getting my new inserts from Upstep!

Scam company takes 90 days to send product
Ordered insoles with these guys in September ‘23 and they kept postponing my order saying “there’s been a slight delay” over and over. Decided I’d been scammed so disputed the charge. Miraculously, that’s when they decide to finally send the orthotics. Once received, the product was unusable so immediately send them back. They wouldn’t refund after that since I disputed already. They have 70k followers on instagram which are mostly fakes as you can see by clicking them and seeing they have 0 posts. Beware of this company!! EDIT: Upstep likes to say my “refund is in the hands of my financial institution after a dispute” except this isn’t the case with this issue. My financial institution has reversed the dispute after they finally sent the orthotics so Upstep has my money and owes me a refund now!

Be careful when ordering from this…
Be careful when ordering from this company.... best case is You will have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for your product once you have ordered. Also, if you're not satisfied and request a refund or a replacement product, you will be completely ignored. It's been weeks since I requested refund or help....absolutely no response from company

Before submitting payment for your order, there is a message stating our turnaround time for design and production. We will consider your feedback on this matter greatly. Very unsatisfied customer,when my order…
Very unsatisfied customer,when my order finally arrived after 60days of waiting it was another pair of foot impression not custom insoles that I paid 239.00 for,I immediately wrote the company a refund was issued I am so upset because I could have gone with another company .please do not waste your time or hard earn money on this company
