Upstep sent me two pair of orthotics in the same color, despite my request for different colors so I could keep them straight. I contacted customer service and Upstep's customer service individual (Mary) apologized and indicated they'd send me a new pair in the correct second color. I offered to return one of the pair I received, but was told it was unnecessary. First-rate service. I'm impressed by Upstep's approach.
