Kasie Earley provided amazing help and service. Not only was she kind and friendly to speak with, she took the time to understand my needs and concerns before then going above and beyond to provide exceptional help. My experience with Kasie alone proves the worth and value of investing in people to perform these tasks and duties rather than an AI or Bot that wouldn't be able to provide the kind personal touch or understand complicated questions/ concerns as Kasie did. Kasie deserves a big raise!!
