Kirsten was amazing !
Kirsten was amazing. She quickly answered my questions about my exercise program, then went above and beyond by retrieving my invoice documentation when I had questions about the charges. She helped elevate my concerns. I just received my orthotics today and I am very excited to try them out. After this interaction today, I feel more confident about this company and product.
