Your website was great, but I was ordering at work and my kids shoes were on his feet at school so I could not take pictures of his shoes. I just found pictures of them online so I could complete my order. It would be better if you gave customers a list of what they needed to submit BEFORE they started the ordering process. I was a little frustrated with the ordering process, but I am hoping the inserts will be great and will make up for it. I have high hopes for your product.

Very simple, easy to follow process. If you are placing an order, understand that photos and additional information are requested AFTER you enter credit card information and confirm. It's very easy to leave the website or close the page thinking you have completed everything.
