Very slow delivery, not yet received the order after ordering since 3 months

They were so good about redoing the inserts when it was possibly my mistake. That's rare. I would recommend the company to anyone. Can't wait to try them. Excellent customer service and quick response back.

Ordered custom orthotics from Upstep on 3/23/2024. No updates on status of order x1 month. Emailed customer service on 4/21/2024 requesting order status update. Received an email response on 4/22/2024 stating, "your custom orthotics are scheduled to ship in 10-12 business days". Orthotics were received on 5/9/2024. Product seems of good quality. Despite following the recommended break-in period, wearing the orthotics result in increased feet discomfort. Orthotics may just not be for me... Perseverance paid off I got my first set of inserts, I ordered 3, pretty quickly. I must have left off the eval that I wear a 4E wide shoe. The inserts were narrow. SO, they offered to send me another set! I mentioned my heel pain from plantar fasciitis, so they suggested more heel padding. I said sure why not. BUT, the extra lift in the arch made it too uncomfortable. SO, I was late to get back to them but even though they were out of warranty they agreed to give me one more set that was the original design but wider. That did the trick! They were perfect. BUT the key here is that every person I spoke to, or emails, every encounter was top of the line customer satisfaction first and foremost. They never said "sorry not our fault" they just kept helping me get the insoles I need. I got a set of insoles many year ago in a Dr. office. Custom made. All 3 sets of insoles were less than that 1 pair and better quality. Best company interaction in a very long time. Great people, great product! Thank you for sticking with me and not giving up.
