Afraid to take a chance on online purchase?
I was too. So I have relieved and very pleased with the customer service at Upstep. Every "step" of the way they communicated about the process. The orthotics took a bit longer than I hoped but I never worried because I received updates on the process. When I needed a correction they were very responsive. At Upstep they aim to please!
