No answers!!! I ordered on August 3rd …..still waiting as of October 16th!!! Now, they don’t even respond. Scam!!

Easy to conduct the online chat from my computer. Ryan answered my questions quickly giving me the update on my order.

I ordered 2 pairs of custom orthotics on May 13th. When I reached out to Upstep Custom Orthotics to inquire about my order in August I was informed that they had emailed me several times with a request for more photos. Theses requests went into my spam folder, and rather than calling me, they just continued to repeat the same action that had not produced results. I went into my spam folder and responded to the most recent email on 08/15. I kept checking my order status through their online portal. They kept moving the date farther out, and never communicated that it had been changed or why it was changed. At this point it is almost 6 months since the original order was placed. I have asked that my order be cancelled and my payment be returned to me. I have sent multiple emails and if I get a response at all, it is only “ we are working on resolving your issue.” I do not recommend using this company as their business practices and customer service are severely lacking! As of today, 10/15/24 I have never received my orthotics or a refund

No product, no refund, no response. Ordered product in August 4th and still have no product. Mary is the only person working there and she cannot do anything but promise a response in 1-3 business days. I think the reviews on the website are made up. Don't waste your time with them. It is not worth and time and money. I was hoping to give no stars..... I wish I read these reviews before I ordered the product.
