Chatted with Ryan about an issue I was having on the order tracking portion of the website. Specifically, I was receiving an "Order not found" message when entering my email address and order number. He communicated clearly throughout our chat and I was left feeling satisfied with the support experience. He even cares enough to look into the broader issue as it may be something others are experiencing. Give that guy a raise or at least an extra piss break or two.

Great customer support from Mary in resolving my ordering issue. Fwiw, this is my second time ordering insoles from this company. Their product is great, and has lasted longer, and did a better job of keeping me free of plantar fasciitis than the off-the-shelf Spenco inserts.
