Hi Solange, We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced with your order and the shipping process. Your frustration is completely understandable, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We would like to clarify that the express shipping option signifies a faster shipping method rather than a quicker preparation time. Typically, we ship parcels via USPS for Standard Shipping and through DHL for Priority Shipping for US orders. It's important to note that the shipping time is calculated from the shipping date and not the purchase date. We have promptly processed your request to cancel the order and issue a refund. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right for you. Warm regards, Up2Step

Hi Sheena, Thank you for reaching out with your question regarding the multicolor Pathon Pattern Chunky Heel Knee Boots. We appreciate your interest in our products and your consideration of making a purchase. Typically, if you wear a size 8 to 8.5 and have narrow feet, it is possible that a size 9 may be too big for you. However, sizing can vary between different shoe styles and brands. To ensure the best fit for you, you can reach out to our customer service team for further assistance or guidance on selecting the right size for your narrow feet. We are here to help you make an informed decision and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any more questions or concerns you may have. Thank you for considering our products, and we look forward to the possibility of serving you in the future. Best regards, Up2Step
