Love the new pricing and that it's real calling without an app.

I am giving a one star review but I would rather say zero or negative stars. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. First of all it is not easy to install and requires you to download a profile onto your phone that locks you out of your caller/dialer and texts/FaceTime. You can ONLY make calls from within the app. Additionally, quite frequently you cannot make calls at all unless you are on your own wifi. Texts do not come through when the app is not open. Incoming calls are rerouted to voicemail even when you are expecting them. Outgoing calls drop frequently if they even connect. The data works mostly well but that is little consolidation when you want to make a phone call. I had to use my skype on data to make a time sensitive call—the whole point of having voice service is so I don’t have to do that. Additionally, when you leave you cannot port your number. And you have to figure out how to uninstall the sneaky profile to unlock both data and your dialer. Do not waste your time on this—I promise it is not worth the headache, even for $10/month.

Don't waste your money or time. I purchased this sim card twice, both times worked horribly. Data was working "well" but text or calls didn't work at all. The customer service to try to fix this made it even worse. Basically i paid for nothing. Good thing its that i could change to another company and take the number.

OMG this has got to be is the worst phone service in the world. I get disconnected during every call that is longer than 5 minutes, hard to believe huh? But that's not all. The Unreal application which you have to use for texting and calls is very unstable, completely unreliable. I finally left a voicemail prompt asking people not to leave me a voice mail because if they did there was no guaranteed it would make it into my box that day or indeed at all. Text is also a crapshoot, sometimes you just won't get it, only to hear from the "sender" later on a different day, that they had sent you this or that, and sometimes a few days later, the text does show-up!? Today, the final straw; I cannot make or receive phone calls. Everything appears to be working but then I get disconnected before the call begins, or there is simply no voice coming from the other side. Oh yeah you can try customer service, if you're a sucker for frustration and abuse, but the fact is that Unreal's customer service is unreal, it does not exist. It deserves zero stars, it is NOT worth 10/mo., really.

I have a hot spot with unrealmobile but don’t have a pass code plus I’m behind on payments what can I do

terrible service, no phone support! Email support refuses to port out number! Only Fcc involvement and threat to shut them down has now caused them to sell out to RedPocket mobile in lieu of bankruptcy.

Ported number in and tried service for a month, Supposed to be on ATT network, but service only works if there is a WiFi signal - only voip, not a real wireless carrier. Phone calls and texts didn’t go through half the time. Required to use their app for messaging and calls. Miserable experience. Now in porting hell trying to move to another carrier as Unreal refuses to port out. Customer support is nonexistent. Never had so many problems with a company... it really is UNREAL! Will be filing a complaint with BBB and FCC.

I had a similar issue with unreal Mobil. Could not get the service to work chatted uselessly for 2 hours. Then waited 2 more days for a response. Their is no customer service their. Don't use them
